The Cary Heroy Memorial Scholarship has been established by the Cedar Valley MS PTA grants scholarship funds to former Cedar Valley Middle School attendees graduating in 2024 from a Cedar Valley MS feeder high school

 

 

The scholarship was renamed in memory of Cary Heroy, a dedicated and hard working CeVMS PTA volunteer that gave her time so graciously to be of service at Cedar Valley Middle School (and in many other schools and volunteer capacities). The efforts she gave during her lifetime will continue to positively impact CeVMS for many years to come and we are honored to offer the Cary Heroy Memorial Scholarship to continue her legacy of service to others.

 

The scholarship is open to applications from February through March of each school year.

 

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

1. Student must be a current member of the PTSA at their school. 

2. Must have attended Cedar Valley Middle School for at least one year.

3. Must be a Senior at an RRISD CeVMS feeder high school eligible for graduation by the end of the Spring Semester.

4. Other criteria will be listed on the application when opened for submissions.
